LEADERSHIP

Buddy and Lisa Hughes, Owners

Buddy and Lisa Hughes were honored to become the new owners of Stoneybrook Memory Care, now Stoneybrook Senior Care Center, in January 2022. Buddy and Lisa are long-term residents of Mangham, La. where they have lived for almost 25 years. They have two daughters. Buddy has many years of experience as a maintenance supervisor for a large local company in Monroe and now owns and operates a small business located in Mangham. Lisa is a registered nurse of 30+ years and her experience consists of working primarily in long-term care and risk management in nursing facilities throughout the country.

Connie Culpepper, Administrator

Connie has been the administrator of Stoneybrook since its inception 22 years ago. She was born and raised in West Monroe, La. Connie is married and has two beautiful daughters. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a bachelor’s degree in social work and a minor in gerontology. After working locally in an assisted living facility, she became acutely aware of the need in this area for a facility solely dedicated to the needs and care of persons with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. She has obtained certifications in assisted living administration and from the National Council of certified dementia practitioners.

Ashley Paylor, Assistant Administrator

Ashley is a resident of West Monroe, La. and is married. Ashley started her career as a volunteer in local nursing facilities at the age of 15 and found her passion. She went on to work in several local facilities. Ashley has worked at Stoneybrook since August 2018 as a direct care worker, activities director, and now assistant administrator.

Tina Wilson, Activities Director

Tina is a resident of West Monroe, La. She has three children and one grandchild. Tina is a certified surgical technician and has multiple years of experience working as a surgical assistant in area hospitals. She works as the activities director at Stoneybrook and keeps our residents very active throughout the day with activities ranging from painting to bingo to baking.
